Agilint collects information through our Web site at several points.  We collect the following information about primary visitors through forms voluntarily filled out by the visitor: name, company, email address, phone number, fax number, address.

We may also collect e-mail addresses which our users divulge about other people, such as for referrals or to receive promotional incentives. Agilint does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child to divulge personal information.

We collect demographic data and areas of interest which registered users voluntarily submit in order to tailor our services to best meet the needs of our customers.

We verify the accuracy of this information by sending an email to ask for confirmation of the submitted data.

To receive our products and services, an e-mail address and name is mandatory.  Other information we request is optional.

We employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Agilint to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users.  Our cookies have an expiration date.

Banner advertising appears on our Web site. We do not run banner advertisements for companies whose products are offensive, illegal or of an adult-only nature. We do not knowingly run banner advertisements which collect information from the visitors of our site.

The information collected by Agilint will be used for communication with the individual or company submitting the information. Users who provide information will receive products, services, email announcements or advertisements as requested.

Registered users receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

Our Web site offers chats, forums and message boards.  Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.
